An Adorable Modernist Vintage Sterling Silver Cat Brooch featuring a Figural Cat with Long Whiskers in an Abstract Minimalist Sculptural Form, Signed, Hallmarked 925, Taxco, Mexico, Weight 9.3 Grams circa 1970's!
Measurements are 1-7/8" in length by 15/16" in width. Everything is in Excellent condition!
This Mexico Brooch has a Fabulous Midcentury Modern Design and a Lovely Gradual Patina on the Face! It is signed and hallmarked in back "TS-41" and "Mexico 925". The "T" stands for Taxco City in Mexico where this Vintage Silver Brooch was made and the "S" is the initial for the Maker's first or last name. It closes in back with a working safety catch clasp.
